JHA Architecture have been appointed to provide a Project Manager role for numerous demolition projects over the last ten years. The above shows the demolition of a large range of 3 storey flats some with shops at ground floor level.

Our work entails organising the termination of utilities and making the buildings safe, detailing areas to be demolished on plans and remedial works to be carried out along with preparation of Health & Safety documentation for ensuring the works are carried out in a controlled manner and inaccordance with all relevant legislation.
