JHA Architecture were appointed to undertake a significant modifications project to the property to make it suitable for this client who has particular needs.

The works involved covered a significant 2 storey extension to the rear together with a major internal renovation and alteration scheme to provide a spectacular family home which is set in substantial grounds in spaldington, East Yorkshire.
