New High Bay Warehouse, Hexthorpe Trading Park

JHA Architecture were appointed by Eldred Group to design a new high bay racking warehouse for a central area of their Hexthorpe Trading Park site. The building was a double bay configuration with central valley gutter and minimal support to maximise the available racking space. The floor slab was laid to high tolerances to enable the high bay forklifts to access the upper levels of the racking safely.
