Brownfield Office Block

JHA Architecture were appointed to design two speculative office blocks over two floors to provide lettable space for an investment company on a brownfield site.

The site was a former builder’s yard and thus categorised as brownfield.

The layout of the offices, which are identical, was designed around a central structural core of services and lift with open plan office space to either side of the core.
