The Smithy

JHA Architecture were appointed by the Brodsworth Estate to project manage the conversion of the estate Smithy to form a single dwelling.

The building was in poor repair and required extensive work to preserve and bring it back into full use including attending to damaged and weathered stonework, reroofing the building, bringing the fabric upto current standards regards damp proofing and thermal insulation.
