Employers Agent

We can act on behalf of a developer, company or private individual in the appointment of a Design and Build contractor.

Our role as Employers Agent may include:

• Undertaking pre-tender qualification exercises to obtain an appropriate list of contractors relative to size and experience
• Preparing the concept design and employer's requirements document
• Obtaining initial approvals
• Undertaking site investigations
• Preparing tender documents
• Inviting tenders and tender analysis
• Advising on the selection of a contractor
• Administration of the contract from commencement to completion.
